An autograph book is a small notebook for collecting friends' and teachers' handwritten wishes, rhymes and memories when school or college ends.

What it was like
'Don't forget me', 'Keep moving forward in life', a secret folded into a page corner. Many decorated their entries in coloured pens.
On farewell day before the SSC exams, the books passed from hand to hand. Many people still keep theirs in a cupboard.
